Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

PLÁCIDO Y GRATA is a registered National Trademark, under whose name HYGGE SEVILLA, SLU operates in the commercial trade, as detailed in section 3.5.1 of this Legal Notice.

2.2.-Recipients

Any person who accesses this website in order to make use of the information, content and online or offline services offered therein shall be considered a recipient. 

In the case of minors in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (14 years of age), the consent or authorisation of the holder of parental authority or guardianship is required.

3.- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ITS INFORMATION, CONTENTS AND SERVICES

HYGGE SEVILLA, SLU, operates in the commercial trade under the National Trademark “PLACIDO Y GRATA”, with trademark number M4093346, reserving all rights over the same.

3.5.2.- Intellectual property

Likewise, the information and contents provided through this website are the intellectual property of HYGGE SEVILLA, SLU, or of third parties, and by virtue of the provisions of this legal notice, none of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist over said information and contents may be understood to have been transferred to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the portal and the services.

4.- INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.- PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES
