The historical architecture of Plácido y Grata reflects the charm of traditional Seville patios. Whitewashed walls, fresh and tranquil indoor and outdoor spaces, the subtle design of Scandinavian inspiration and a muted colour palette have all been brought into play to favour Seville’s climate conditions in the warmest season.
You’ll find the perfect retreat to relax and indulge in a refreshing siesta in our rooms. But once you step outside to discover the space upstairs, you will be in a peaceful area where you can soak up the sun and immerse yourself in a good read, or cool down with a drink while enjoying the privacy of our rooftop.
Located on the third floor, the hotel’s rooftop is adorned with lush plants and vegetation by landscape designer Marta Puig Bellacasa, creating a soothing environment.
Spending an afternoon or evening in this unique setting surrounded by the ambient sounds of the water will be quite a pleasure. The serene atmosphere will take you to a haven of tranquillity and sensorial delight, inviting you to cool down in the shower and the little pool on our rooftop.
The solarium area is also the perfect place to enjoy the drinks from our cocktail bar. Sip on your favourite beverage as you take in magnificent views of the rooftops of the Seville historic centre. Designed by local award-winning bartender, José Claro, our cocktail menu offers all-time classics with a modern twist and signature creations such as the refreshing Santa Grata Tie, a drink that combines mescal with limoncello and other zesty ingredients.
